This meet consists of only relay races.

4x1600 - Each athlete runs 1 mile

Shuttle Hurdles - 4 Athletes run 100 Meters of hurdles 

4x400 - Each athlete runs 400 Meters

4x800 - Each athlete runs 800 Meters

4x200 - Each Athlete runs 200 Meters

4x100 - Each athlete runs 100 Meters

Distance Medley - 400 M, 400 M , 800 M, 1600 M 

Sprint Medley - 100 M, 100 M, 200 M, 400 M

Field events are scored by combining the top distances from 2 athletes.
